Payment of registration fees (in € EURO) should be done by Bank electronic Transfer to be paid to the bank account below:

The use of the cost option OUT is obligatory for all payments.

To ensure that the payment is credited to your registration, please make sure that "0-6-13-IOBC2013" and the name of the participant will be indicated on the bank transfer information.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source with registration fees (cost option OUT).

A regular invoice will be issued for each registration and will be sent by e-mail and original will be delivered during the conference.


Applications may be cancelled up until April 30, 2013 in which case 80% refund will be made. No refund if cancellation is received after this date.


The attendance of students is especially encouraged. In addition to the low registration fees for students, a limited number of students travel awards up to 270 € are available. Students need to apply for support until January 31, 2013 by submitting the following files to the local organizer (

  1. A copy of the abstract of the planned presentation.
  2. A short biographical sketch and description of scientific interests and goals.
  3. A letter from your supervisor providing a recommendation and a verification of your student status.
